William O. Bongard

Winning Million-Dollar Recoveries for His Clients

A Minnesota native, William Bongard grew up traveling the world as the son of a professional foreign service worker. He has spent his entire 29-year legal career in Minnesota at the law firm of Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey representing only injured people.

William is nationally certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and state certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.

William has recovered millions of dollars in damages for people injured on the road, at work, and at home. He also shares his legal talents with the community by regularly judging Mock Trial Programs at the high school and college levels.

William Bongard is a vital member of our firm, providing extensive experience and specialized knowledge in the areas of automobile, motorcycle and snowmobile accidents, homeowner, construction site, defective products, general personal injury claims, and no-fault automobile insurance litigation.
