Harry A. Sieben, Jr., built Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey into one of Minnesota's largest and most successful personal injury law firms by fighting for the rights of injured people.

Harry has earned both state and national recognition from the legal profession. He was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer in a survey conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics and included in The Best Lawyers in America. Harry is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association, a distinction awarded to less than 2 percent of all of Minnesota's personal injury attorneys.

Elected to the Minnesota Legislature in 1970, Harry rose quickly through the ranks to Speaker of the House, one of the most powerful political positions in the state. During his 14 years in the Legislature, he championed environmental legislation safeguarding the rights of working Minnesotans.

Harry paralleled his business and political success by serving in the U.S. Army and in the Minnesota National Guard. He achieved the rank of Major General. In 2006, Harry was appointed Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army and serves as an advisor to the U.S. Army.

Through Harry's inspiration, Sieben, Grose, Von Holtum & Carey continues its 50 year tradition of innovation and accomplishment in the practice of personal injury law.
